We offer two styles of hanging chairs--The hammock chair and the Swinger Chair. Hammock chairs are made with a thick, sturdy cotton cord with the same weave as our traditional Mayan hammocks. We offer the large size in which an adult can stretch out from head to foot. As they hang from only one point, they are wonderful for their cozy hammock feel while taking up very little space.
The Swinger Chair is made of polyester cloth with wooden spreader bars, arm rests and foot rest.
Both can be hung via a rope from tree limbs or rafter, or from large screw eyes in ceiling joists. Many people like to use swivels and springs with these chairs. Everyone seems to enjoy gently rotating for a 360 degree view of what's happening, and youngsters of any age enjoy spinning to get dizzy.
